The MacCallum House gives you 30 days from date of purchase to cancel your promotional reservation or unused voucher for a full refund; once you’ve made your reservation a voucher is not refundable. We strongly suggest securing reservation dates and room selection as soon as possible; refunds will not be issued because of unavailability for specific rooms or dates. You may change your dates once with no additional fees as long as you do so at least 7 days prior to your arrival date; to make a second date change (and up) you will be issued a $40 rescheduling fee for each change. Promotional value does expire, but paid value does not. If Management approves an extension of your voucher, which is not guaranteed, there will be a $40 extension fee.
